Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Girls Can Grapple order! 💕 However, if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return subject to the conditions below.

UK Returns 🇬🇧

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you would like to return an item.

Once your return has been requested, items must be returned to us within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags and packaging where applicable

• Free from marks, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or strong odours

For hygiene reasons, please try on compression shorts and similar close-fitting garments over underwear.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

International Returns 🌎

International customers can also request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning international orders to the UK.

Please clearly mark your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” on any customs documentation. Girls Can Grapple cannot be responsible for customs charges or import fees resulting from an incorrectly declared return.

Original international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the item supplied was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several working days after your refund has been processed for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For UK orders where you cancel the entire qualifying order within the applicable cancellation period, any refund of the original standard delivery charge will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order when the item becomes available.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Sale Items

All sale items are not refundable.

• Your name

• Order number

• Item(s) you would like to return

• Reason for the return

We’ll then provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
