Girls Can Grapple was created from a simple idea: girls who train deserve fightwear that feels like it was actually made for them.

After spending a lot of time around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I noticed how limited the choices could be for girls. So much of the fightwear available felt like it had been designed with boys in mind, with girls simply expected to make do.

I wanted to create something different.

Girls Can Grapple is a fightwear brand made for girls who love Jiu-Jitsu — combining performance, comfort and designs that allow them to still feel like themselves on the mats. Feminine without being overly girly, bold without trying too hard, and designed for girls who train hard.

But GCG is about more than what you wear.

It’s about encouraging more girls into Jiu-Jitsu, celebrating the ones already putting in the work, and helping build a community where girls feel confident, capable and completely at home on the mats.
